1. Credit Score - Your credit score needs to be 620 or higher.

 

2. Income - Your combined household income must be $40,000 or more per year. 

 

3. Past Home Ownership - You can't have any previous evictions on your credit. You can have a previous foreclosure, short sale or bankruptcy if the home has closed or the bankruptcy has been discharged.

 

4. Criminal History - You will need to complete a criminal background check.

1. Apply - It takes 2-3 business days to be approved.

2. Find Your Home - Visit the link below to search for your dream home. We have over 500 homes starting at $1250 per month. We have homes in Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Greenwood, Whiteland, Whitestown, Lebanon and more.

3. Payment - You pay the first months rent and security deposit (same as two month's rent). There is a $99 background check but that covers everyone in the household over 18.
